Michael D. Ross

Michael’s practice focuses on commercial real estate including, purchase and sales, leasing, financing and private placement offerings. Michael works closely with his clients with respect to the full range of issues related to real estate – from entity formation to disposition, and, of course, problem solving along the way. Practical and sensible solutions are as important to Michael as they are to his clients. Michael considers himself fortunate to work with clients who are preeminent in their field – from institutional owners of high-rise CBD office buildings to developers of master planned communities and business parks. He also provides general business advice and represents a number of entrepreneurial clients outside of the real estate industry. Michael has been a seminar speaker on leasing transactions and drafting of real estate documents and has served on numerous professional and charitable boards.
